Frequently asked questions

What NeurOdds is, how subscriptions work, and what we do not promise.

Before you start

Do I need a betting bankroll?

Only if you choose to bet. Tips come with a stake in units, so you decide what a unit is. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

How long before a model's record means something?

Longer than a few weeks. Over a few dozen tips, a record can swing a long way either side on chance alone, so read the number of settled tips beside any yield: hundreds tell you more than dozens. Every model's record here starts on the day it launched, and every tip settled since then counts.

Which bookmakers are the prices from?

Each tip names the bookmaker and the odds it was published at. Odds move, so the price you find later may be different. We don't promote any bookmaker or link to one: where you bet, if you bet at all, is up to you.

Is there a risk?

Yes. Sports outcomes are uncertain, and any tip can lose, however good its price looked. A model's past results do not predict its future ones, and losing runs happen, some of them long. Only bet what you can afford to lose. 18+ only.

Do you place bets for me?

No. We never place a bet on anyone's behalf, and we never hold your money. If you bet, you do it yourself, with a bookmaker you choose, entirely separately from us.

More questions

What is NeurOdds?

A subscription to the sports tips our models publish. The models are software: each one estimates the probability of every outcome, compares it with the bookmakers' odds and publishes a tip, with its price, bookmaker and suggested stake, where the price looks wrong. Every result is graded, and subscribers get each tip as it is published. We sell the tips; we are not a bookmaker.

Do you take bets?

No. We never accept, place, or broker a bet, we hold no stakes, and we pay out no winnings or prizes. Any bet you place happens with a bookmaker of your choosing, entirely separately from us.

Do you promise that tips will win?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Sports outcomes are uncertain and nobody predicts them reliably, a model included. What we promise is that every published result is counted — losing runs included — so a model's figures are never a selection of good weeks.

How do I get started?

Create an account, browse the models and their published records, and subscribe to whichever suits you. Connect Telegram if you want a notification the moment a new tip is published.

How are tips delivered?

Tips appear in your account on the web. If you connect Telegram, you also get a notification with a private link — the tip itself is never sent through Telegram, only the link.

Are the models' records verified?

Yes. Tips are timestamped when they are published and graded against the match's actual result. Nothing is removed or changed to make a record look better: every settled tip counts, the losing ones included. If a result was recorded wrong — a data feed listing a match the wrong way round, say — it is corrected to the right one, whichever way that goes.

What does it cost?

Prices and subscription lengths are set for each model and shown before you buy. Prices include VAT where it applies. Browsing the models and their records is free.

How long does a subscription last, and can I get a refund?

As long as the period shown when you buy it. Tips are delivered as they are published, so a purchase is not refunded once its tips have begun to reach you, unless an error on our side affected it; our Refund Policy has the details, including the 14-day withdrawal right for EU consumers. If something is wrong, email us before contacting your bank; we are quicker.

Can I share tips with a friend?

No. Tips are licensed for personal use, each page is watermarked with your account, and sign-in is limited to one device at a time. Sharing or reselling can end your account.

How do I contact you?
